Veggies 101 AKA There’s more to life than steamed broccoli!

This is a basic overview of  how to incorporate more veggies into your diet.

You will receive a Seasonal Veggie Guide:

·         How to buy – Organic or not? Farmers Markets, What to look for.

·         How to store for no waste

·         How to prep for best flavor and texture

·         How to cook or not to cook

·         Seasonality and why it matters

·         Gluten Free and Vegetarian available for those who prefer

Possible Menu (depending on season):

·         Grains - Stir Fried Greens pizza or bruschetta

·         Hash - Sweet Potato, Onion and Apple Hash with Sausage

·         Salad – Salad Art & Architecture

·         My Super Easy Salad Dressing recipe (you will never buy it again!)

·         Flavor Enhancers – Pesto, Compound Butter, Mediterranean Cold Sauces

·         Soup - Soupe Au Pistou,

·         Grilled or Roasted Seasonal Veggies with Sauce

Class includes Seasonal Veggie Guide, all recipes, lots of samples (you will be full!), a glass of wine or cocktail and 2 ½ hours of instruction.
